I understand that Ken is not a licensed medical professional, and Ken Beauty LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or medical services. No doctor-patient, provider-patient, or other healthcare professional relationship is created through the consultation.

I understand that information discussed during the consultation may be based in part on information, photographs, concerns, goals, treatment history, products, or other information that I voluntarily provide. Even when information is discussed in relation to my individual concerns or goals, I understand that it remains educational and informational in nature and does not constitute individualized medical advice or a determination that any product, procedure, technique, or treatment is safe or appropriate for me.

I understand that Ken may discuss skincare products, cosmetic products, devices, techniques, procedures, vendors, or other resources based on personal experience, research, and personal preferences. Such discussion does not constitute a medical recommendation, prescription, or professional endorsement.

I understand that cosmetic and DIY procedures may involve real physical risks, including but not limited to infection, bruising, swelling, scarring, allergic reactions, burns, pigmentation changes, vascular occlusion, tissue death (necrosis), nerve damage, vision impairment, permanent injury, and other serious adverse outcomes.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before acting upon information discussed during the consultation, particularly if I have questions regarding my health, medical conditions, medications, allergies, contraindications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, prior procedures, or whether a particular product or procedure is appropriate for me.

I understand that some products, devices, substances, or procedures discussed during the consultation may be regulated, restricted, prescription-only, or prohibited by law depending upon my jurisdiction. It is my sole responsibility to determine what is lawful where I live before purchasing, possessing, using, administering, or attempting any product, device, substance, or procedure.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any decision I make after the consultation. Participation in a consultation does not constitute an instruction or requirement that I purchase a particular product, use a particular device, or perform any procedure.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my decision to use or act upon information discussed during the consultation. I agree that Ken, Ken Beauty LLC, and their officers, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, complication, adverse reaction, or other adverse outcome arising from my independent use of information discussed during the consultation, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

I understand that results cannot be guaranteed. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary, and Ken Beauty LLC makes no representation or warranty that any product, routine, technique, procedure, or information discussed will produce a particular result.

I acknowledge that references to third-party products, vendors, brands, or services reflect personal preferences or experiences and are not professional endorsements or guarantees. Ken Beauty LLC is not responsible for the quality, safety, authenticity, availability, actions, representations, or performance of any third-party product, vendor, manufacturer, or service provider.

I understand that the consultation is not an emergency or medical service. If I believe I am experiencing a medical emergency, serious complication, or adverse reaction, I understand that I should seek appropriate medical attention rather than relying on Ken or Ken Beauty LLC.
